Fifty stunning and beautiful images of hidden worlds beyond man’s usual vision are showcased in this highly acclaimed exhibition from The Royal Photographic Society.
The images show the extensive use to which photography is put to by modern science, from examining the inside of our bodies, to outer space and to sub-atomic structures. The photograph continues to play an important role in all areas of science, helping the research process and allowing scientists to communicate their discoveries to their peers and to the general public.
The Royal Photographic Society, which has a remit of ‘promoting the art and science of photography’ manages to combine both areas in this exhibition. For more information about the exhibition visit The Society’s website www.rps.org/rah
